The high-temperature wire is a high-temperature wire made of special materials. It is made of high-temperature resistant and high-strength type and processed by special processes. It is suitable for a variety of household appliances, lighting fixtures, electronic equipment, temperature sensors and other outgoing connecting wires.
Difference 1: different materials. As the name implies, other main materials of high-temperature cables are also high-temperature resistant materials, so that they can be used in a high-temperature environment without affecting their main effects. High temperature wires are generally divided into fluoroplastic insulated high-temperature wires, silicone rubber insulated high-temperature wires, silicone rubber insulated braided wires, and multi-core high-temperature cables. Ordinary cables may be made of common materials such as aluminum wires or copper wires.
Difference 2: insulation performance. Unlike ordinary cables, high-temperature wires with high temperature resistance have strong insulation performance, so in some factories or laboratories with high requirements, high-temperature wires can avoid short circuit or circuit impact and achieve better use effect.
Difference 3: aging resistance. One of the great advantages of high-temperature cables is that they are aging resistant and durable. Such high-temperature cables can be used for a long time and can help us solve many cost problems. However, ordinary cables have a fixed service life and need to be replaced in time after a certain period of time. The replacement frequency is relatively high, which affects efficiency and increases costs.
Difference 4: flame retardancy. As the material of the high-temperature wire is made of special materials, its flame retardancy is particularly good. In case of short circuit or high-temperature fire, it will not affect other circuits in series and increase the risk. Instead, it is effectively flame retardant and has higher safety performance.
